What you will do
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach cadences targeting C-suite and clinical informatics leaders.
- Operate as a high-output individual contributor using AI tools and automation to scale personalized messaging.
- Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from initial cold outreach through to handoff to the sales team.
- Research and synthesize complex clinical and financial pressures facing health systems into compelling outreach.
- Serve as a feedback loop between the market and internal clinical, product, and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate status updates and data integrity within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4+ years of applicable professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, BDR, or market development within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Salesforce Einstein.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for C-suite audiences.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with value-based care models, risk adjustment, HCC coding, or inpatient care management.
- Experience selling to hospital systems or IDNs.
