What you will do

  • Manage pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy using Salesforce, Sigma, and hirify.global.
  • Identify and implement new AI technologies to improve seller productivity and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Finance, and Customer Success to coordinate go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support annual planning activities including territory design, quota distribution, and headcount tracking.
  • Maintain process documentation and the sales operating playbook to reduce friction for frontline teams.
  • Coordinate recurring sales meetings, QBRs, and forecast calls, ensuring action items are tracked and executed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in sales analytics and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives for senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
