What you will do

• Drive key cross-functional workstreams from kickoff through delivery and hand-off.
• Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate across teams to surface risks and blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Gather and analyze data to frame problems and measure initiative outcomes.
• Prepare status updates and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Develop templates, trackers, and playbooks to improve operational leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
