TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (DACH): Generating new business leads, following up on MQLs and converting them to SQLs, and running cold outreach with product demonstrations for DACH prospects with an accent on meeting sales targets and building relationships with C-level clients. Focus on outbound prospecting, CRM-driven pipeline management, and researching ICPs to identify and qualify potential customers.
Location: Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam office 3–4 times per week)
Salary: €37,500–€47,000 base

What you will do
- Generate new business leads and convert MQLs to SQLs.
- Perform cold calling, build relationships, and identify customer needs.
- Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Arrange client meetings and deliver product demonstrations; follow up on sales enquiries.
- Research the market and identify target customers (ICPs); attend industry events to generate leads.
- Work closely with other teams to develop new business.
Requirements
- Based in the Netherlands.
- Mother tongue German and fluent English.
- Proven track record of bringing new business and driving sales.
- Previous new business experience (ideally in the same or similar industry).
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft).
- Excellent time management, positive attitude, and strong motivation to succeed.
