What you will do
- Own and meet quotas for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue.
- Develop new business from inbound and marketing leads, discovering pain points and qualifying for enterprise sales.
- Map customer use cases to solutions and collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report and manage sales activities in Salesforce, contributing to team process creation and iteration.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences as the first point of contact.
Requirements
- English & Dutch fluency required.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, organized, with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy, curiosity, and aptitude for technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks; minimum 1 year BDR or similar tech/SaaS experience preferred.
