What you will do
- Exceed quarterly renewal and upsell targets for assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic leadership contacts at customer organizations.
- Guide customers through product onboarding and ensure long-term platform success.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Identify and drive new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage account strategy, forecasting, and administrative tasks in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within a technology company.
- Proven track record of managing complex relationships and exceeding renewal/upsell quotas.
- Strong analytical skills for renewal forecasting and account strategy.
- Proficiency with tools such as SFDC, Gainsight, and Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with educational institutions or government entities.
- Prior experience procuring contracts in the public sector.
