What you will do

  • Manage sales qualified deals and execute the full sales cycle to close.
  • Identify and support prospects through decision-making and negotiation with C-suite and VP-level executives.
  • Develop creative account plans and strategies to exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and revenue reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
  • Work primarily on-site with flexibility for remote work as agreed.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience closing deals, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficient Spanish and professional English required.
  • Strong sales passion, ambition, and goal orientation.
  • Tech savvy with digital innovation interest.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and social selling skills.
  • Experience with forecasting and pipeline management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Knowledge of qualification methodologies to nurture sales intent.
