What you will do
- Own the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer IT, device, and SaaS management needs.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and tailored product demos.
- Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, and Operations leaders.
- Partner with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting accurately using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Native Italian language proficiency.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to IT, Ops, or technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITSM, MDM, or cloud automation tools.
