What you will do
- Own the sales pipeline from first contact to close: reach out by phone and email, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and ensure every customer has a clear next step.
- Run structured discovery conversations to understand customer activity, maturity, priorities, and operational needs before pitching.
- Present and close relevant offers across plans, financial tools, partner offers, and complementary products.
- Maintain high activity standards with a sustained daily call and email cadence (around 2 hours of calls per day) while keeping conversation quality high.
- Help build the team’s playbook by sharing objections, customer feedback, product insights, and segment signals with the Sales Lead and enablement.
Requirements
- First sales experience (6-month internship/apprenticeship or first sales role), ideally in outbound/SDR/BDR/upsell or another call-heavy environment.
- Comfort with volume and repetition: ability to handle a high number of calls and execute consistently day to day.
- Consultative sales approach: ask questions before pitching and use discovery to make recommendations simple and relevant.
- CRM and follow-up discipline: log activity, keep the pipeline clean, manage reminders, and follow up properly.
- French fluency is required for working with French-speaking customers.
- English: B2 level expected for internal communication.
