Salary: $118,000 - $142,000

What you will do

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to assess learning needs and execute enterprise-wide programs.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment tracking, and communications for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Lead the planning and execution of a high-profile global development initiative focused on networking and leadership exposure.
• Design and maintain engaging learning materials, facilitator guides, and toolkits aligned with adult learning principles.
• Facilitate training programs for diverse audiences, including early-career talent and management.
• Support inclusion and engagement initiatives, including Employee Resource Groups and community partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development with expertise in facilitation and instructional design.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale learning programs and complex event logistics.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with learning technologies, virtual platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Nashville office.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Industry experience in Media, Entertainment, Brand Marketing, or Consulting.
