Salary: $107,800 - $143,800

What you will do

• Lead high-visibility leadership sessions for managers, directors, and senior leaders
• Facilitate foundational manager programs and advanced leadership forums
• Design end-to-end blended learning experiences with live facilitation, cohorts, digital tools, and on-the-job application
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and translate priorities into development interventions
• Refine programs using feedback, performance data, and engagement insights
• Define and evaluate success metrics beyond attendance, focusing on leadership behavior and outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related field
• Significant experience facilitating programs for manager and senior leader audiences
• Advanced instructional design expertise in adult learning principles
• Demonstrated partnering with senior stakeholders in complex organizations
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity independently
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide leadership or manager initiatives
• Background in media, technology, or fast-paced consumer businesses
• Certification in coaching or leadership assessment tools
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini
