Salary: $170,500 - $271,500

What you will do

• Own the enterprise leadership development strategy for hirify.global Vet Care.
• Design and implement leadership programming for Practice Managers, Veterinarians, and operational leaders.
• Optimize existing learning programs including virtual, in-person, eLearning, and experiential training.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into leadership programs to enhance personalization and skill diagnostics.
• Partner with HR to align leadership programs with succession planning and performance management.
• Lead a team of Learning Architects, Learning Designers, and Medical Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in learning and development within retail or customer service industries.
• Proven track record in creating content with measurable results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas into curriculum.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and training technology platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Training, or related field.
• Previous experience in high-volume service-oriented industries.
