What you will do
- Lead end-to-end learning strategy and multi-modal curriculum architecture for assigned domains.
- Model facilitation excellence for diverse audiences, including senior and executive leadership.
- Manage a portfolio of learning programs from scoping and design through delivery and iteration.
- Consult with business leaders and HR partners to align learning initiatives with organizational talent metrics.
- Oversee internal and external facilitator benches, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Analyze learning data and program ROI to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
- 5+ years of expert-level facilitation experience for senior and executive audiences.
- Proven track record in designing and leading enterprise-scale, multi-modal learning programs.
- Strong ability to apply adult learning theory and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience managing program portfolios, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional execution.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness.
Nice to have
- CPTD or equivalent professional certification.
- Certifications in facilitation methodologies like ICA ToP, LUMA, or coaching credentials.
- Experience in a technology or high-growth company environment.
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms such as LMS, LXP, and authoring tools.
