What you will do

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy and multi-modal curriculum architecture for assigned domains.
• Model facilitation excellence for diverse audiences, including senior and executive leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of learning programs from scoping and design through delivery and iteration.
• Consult with business leaders and HR partners to align learning initiatives with organizational talent metrics.
• Oversee internal and external facilitator benches, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Analyze learning data and program ROI to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
• 5+ years of expert-level facilitation experience for senior and executive audiences.
• Proven track record in designing and leading enterprise-scale, multi-modal learning programs.
• Strong ability to apply adult learning theory and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience managing program portfolios, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness.

Nice to have

• CPTD or equivalent professional certification.
• Certifications in facilitation methodologies like ICA ToP, LUMA, or coaching credentials.
• Experience in a technology or high-growth company environment.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms such as LMS, LXP, and authoring tools.
