What you will do
- Manage recruiting data infrastructure and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Develop recruiting dashboards covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness.
- Serve as an admin and SME for Greenhouse ATS and optimize the broader tech stack including Workday, FindEm, and CoderPad.
- Experiment with and prototype AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and People Operations to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Create enablement resources such as reporting guides, data dictionaries, and metric definitions.
Requirements
- Based in Chicago, IL
- 2+ years in Recruiting Operations, Talent Analytics, or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting systems, with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and data visualization (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to surface patterns from unstructured data.
- Growth mindset with genuine curiosity about AI and automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with API integrations or low-code/no-code automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools in HR context, including prompt engineering or GPT-based workflows.
- Experience supporting OFCCP compliance reporting.
