Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Own key parts of the Workday ecosystem including HCM, position management, security, and reporting.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy changes to HCM business processes such as hiring, terminations, and reorgs.
  • Maintain and audit the Workday security model to support least-privilege access and compliance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights to People, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Troubleshoot integrations with benefits, payroll, recruiting, and other HR systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM/HRIS experience with production configuration ownership.
  • Deep expertise in at least four areas: Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Performance/Talent, or Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, condition rules, and configuration best practices.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday initiatives from requirements to launch.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
