What you will do

• Act as the principal configurator for all Workday modules, reports, and business processes.
• Architect HR data structures across various systems to ensure smooth administration and analysis.
• Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with the IT team.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards that leverage HR data outside of primary systems.
• Maintain security roles, permissions, and oversee review cycles.
• Contribute to employee data management and serve as the primary HR systems point of contact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people systems analysis or HR technology.
• Expert-level proficiency in Workday (Workday Pro certification preferred).
• Advanced skills in Excel or experience with programmatic data tools such as Python, Tableau, Airtable, or Coda.
• Proven ability to use AI and automation to eliminate manual tasks.
• Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally to exploration sites.
