What you will do

• Identify and secure new premium retail partner channels that align with the brand DNA.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, including business terms, retail design, and operational setup.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners to enhance sales performance and assortment quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Executive team to drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve partner channel scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, ideally in home & living or fashion.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-workstream projects with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build long-lasting business relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Munich and willing to travel as required.
