What you will do
- Lead and own partnership strategy aligned with GTM in Germany
- Identify growth opportunities and test new verticals
- Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of partners
- Design scalable programs to drive partnership channel growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams to position value propositions
- Represent the company at industry events, panels, and webinars
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid with minimum 3 days per week in Berlin office
- 5+ years experience in partnerships, strategy, or business development in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Strong commercial instincts with consistent achievement of OKRs/KPIs
- Proficiency in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data tools like G-Suite and Looker
