What you will do
- Identify, engage, and sign high-potential retail partners ranging from supermarket chains to local specialty shops.
- Take full ownership of the Munich market, building a robust sales pipeline and executing acquisition strategies.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to position the platform as a key growth partner.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships that unlock new revenue streams for retailers.
- Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure successful partner launches and long-term platform success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven track record in acquiring and closing new business deals.
- Fluent German and good English skills are required.
- Ability to perform cold outreach and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on pipeline management and results.
