Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and sign high-potential retail partners ranging from supermarket chains to local specialty shops.
  • Take full ownership of the Munich market, building a robust sales pipeline and executing acquisition strategies.
  • Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to position the platform as a key growth partner.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships that unlock new revenue streams for retailers.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure successful partner launches and long-term platform success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and closing new business deals.
  • Fluent German and good English skills are required.
  • Ability to perform cold outreach and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on pipeline management and results.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, marketplace businesses, SaaS, or payments.
