What you will do

• Drive territory and account execution across Commercial (Mittelstand) accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
• Expand existing business by identifying growth opportunities and increasing adoption of use cases.
• Co-sell with the route-to-market ecosystem, including Channel Partners, GSIs, and Distribution.
• Maintain rigorous sales discipline, including CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• Based in or around Hamburg or Düsseldorf, Germany.
• Fluent German and English (C1).
• Strong motivation for new business acquisition ("hunting") and building pipelines from scratch.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Interest in hybrid/cloud infrastructure and a willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
