What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle and territory management from prospecting to close in Germany.
- Build and manage pipeline with AI-assisted outbound sales and collaborate with SDR/Marketing teams.
- Increase revenue and new client acquisition across Germany with disciplined pipeline creation and conversion.
- Represent at client meetings and events across Germany/DACH, tailoring narratives to buyer needs.
- Maintain meticulous CRM usage and forecasting with high data hygiene and repeatable operating cadence.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany with hybrid work in Berlin (3 days onsite)
- 3+ years sales experience, preferably with technical products and outbound roles.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-product solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in German and English.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for sales and technology, including AI tools.
