What you will do

• Translate complex business problems into clearly defined AI and automation use cases.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities, assessing feasibility, value, and technical suitability.
• Develop rapid prototypes and MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Define success criteria and experimentation approaches for new solutions.
• Communicate outcomes, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Explore and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute for hybrid work (40% office presence).
• Proven experience in a product, digital, or technical role shaping and delivering solutions.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured, deliverable use cases.
• Experience working across both business and technical partner groups.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, exploratory environments using experimentation.
• Curiosity for AI, automation, and real-world application of new technologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to generative AI, classification, or workflow automation use cases.
• Experience running experiments, pilots, or MVP-style delivery.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
