What you will do

  • Audit and map workflows across all departments to identify high-leverage AI automation opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of AI projects, from pilot to full-scale adoption.
  • Build internal AI literacy programs, playbooks, and prompt libraries to drive behavioral change.
  • Track and report on productivity KPIs, such as revenue per employee and time saved.
  • Maintain a centralized registry of AI tools while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, or technology roles with a focus on AI/automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in medium-to-large tech or SaaS organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the modern AI ecosystem, including LLMs and no-code/low-code automation tools.
  • Fluent English proficiency; Arabic language skills are considered a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the MENA business context, specifically GCC/Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.

  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS operations.
  • Background in management consulting or top-tier tech operations.
