What you will do
- Audit and map workflows across all departments to identify high-leverage AI automation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end execution of AI projects, from pilot to full-scale adoption.
- Build internal AI literacy programs, playbooks, and prompt libraries to drive behavioral change.
- Track and report on productivity KPIs, such as revenue per employee and time saved.
- Maintain a centralized registry of AI tools while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, or technology roles with a focus on AI/automation.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in medium-to-large tech or SaaS organizations.
- Deep knowledge of the modern AI ecosystem, including LLMs and no-code/low-code automation tools.
- Fluent English proficiency; Arabic language skills are considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the MENA business context, specifically GCC/Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
