What you will do

• Map and identify high-impact workflow automation opportunities across business domains.
• Design and build agentic systems and automation pipelines connecting CRM, ERP, and other enterprise tools.
• Implement retrieval, grounding, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for reliable agent performance.
• Own agent performance end-to-end, including KPI tracking, observability, and failure triage.
• Develop and manage evaluation frameworks for model and workflow changes.
• Partner with domain leadership to align technical solutions with business priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Hands-on technical fluency in Python, SQL, APIs, and CLIs.
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior, prompting, RAG, and agentic patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong technical and process judgment with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to manage elevated access with a focus on security and auditability.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise agentic platforms like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or technical operations.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP.
