What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of revenue forecasting procedures to support strategic planning.
• Develop revenue projections by analyzing forward bookings and sales trends.
• Build long-term route-level forecasts using regression models and macro factors.
• Lead the revenue budgeting process and capacity optimization simulations.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Pricing teams to improve forecasting accuracy and incorporate market intelligence.
• Lead and mentor a team of three Revenue Forecasting Managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Budapest
• 5-7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in forecasting and modeling.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in VBA, PowerBI, SQL, or Python.
• Advanced applied mathematics background.
