Director of Product Management (Software)

Location: Remote within the USA, California

Salary: $170,900–$227,900 annually

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy, vision, priorities, roadmaps, and release decisions.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire product managers and product leaders.
• Establish KPIs and milestones and optimize product workflows, meetings, and feedback processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and user experience leaders to deliver quality products.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and project blockers while maintaining accountability.
• Oversee testing strategies, product reliability, and user-feedback-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software or technology product management experience, or equivalent experience in strategic marketing, business management, or related technology functions.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
• Experience delivering software features in iterative, fast-paced environments.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills across business and engineering teams.
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risk, and communicate findings effectively.
