Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: USD $140,400–$372,300 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, benefits, and sales incentives depending on the role.

What you will do

• Own customer-facing products end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration.
• Build prototypes, validate concepts, and iterate using customer feedback, telemetry, experimentation, and product data.
• Define product direction, success metrics, and roadmap priorities for hirify.global or hirify.global Copilot experiences.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical approaches, architecture, implementation trade-offs, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams.
• Build and scale developer experiences across AI-assisted development, core productivity, platform, and enterprise products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field; alternatively, a related bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience building and shipping developer-facing products or features.
• Experience scaling products through experimentation and customer-driven learning.
• Experience taking products from 0-to-1 and scaling established products.
• Deep experience with front-end products, API design, SDK design, or developer-facing platforms and tools.
• Passion for AI-assisted development and agentic developer tools, with hands-on daily experience using them.
