Project Manager (AI Solutions Rollout)

Location: Germany, Europe; hybrid work with regular on-site presence in Koblenz

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of conversational AI and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams across multiple business units and locations.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project execution.
• Coordinate pilot rollouts and align central and local stakeholders.
• Track project progress, delivery KPIs, and measurable business impact.
• Organize workshops, planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience in technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects, pilot rollouts, stakeholder alignment, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management approaches and tools.
• Familiarity with conversational AI solutions, chatbots, voicebots, AI agents, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English and residence in Germany with availability for regular on-site presence in Koblenz are required.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI solutions in Customer Operations or Customer Service.
• Experience rolling out chatbots, voicebots, or AI agents across several business units or locations.
• Consulting or contractor experience.
• Intermediate German or higher.
