SAP Change Manager

Location: Málaga, Spain; work from the Málaga office, hybrid, or from home

hirify.global is an IT people company that helps European partners build and develop software teams. This role supports C&A’s e-commerce division and its European omnichannel transformation.

What you will do

• Implement change management plans and activities for the F4F transformation programme.
• Map stakeholders, gather feedback, address concerns, and support adoption of new processes and SAP S/4HANA.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness checks to prepare the organization for change.
• Develop communications and coordinate training activities for employees affected by the transformation.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency, while identifying risks and escalating issues to the Change Management Lead.
• Collaborate across workstreams to integrate change management into project delivery and refine related processes.

Requirements

• Experience with change management in digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation programme and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to have

• Fashion or retail experience.
• Training or change management certifications.
