Project Manager (Automotive)

Location: Salzburg or Vienna, Austria. Hybrid work with the option to work from home or a hirify.global office.

Salary: €45,000 gross annual starting salary for a full-time position based in Austria.

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects from briefing and planning through execution and final delivery, owning timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
• Build and optimise workflows, timelines, task management, and communication structures across workstreams.
• Coordinate events, content productions, community activations, logistics, merchandise, and on-site execution.
• Lead day-to-day client communication, project updates, feedback, expectations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate creatives, content creators, strategists, production teams, and external suppliers.
• Support newsletters, articles, and digital content with clear briefings, strong editorial quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Experienced project management background, ideally in a creative or digital agency, automotive, or premium brand environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, content productions, and events from start to finish.
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana and collaborative workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct work with clients and external partners.
• Fluent English and German required.

• Interest in automotive culture and knowledge or experience in motorsport and golf.
