What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three SMB Account Managers.
- Drive commercial performance across key metrics including GOV growth, Ads, Promotions, and product adoption.
- Support the team in building robust partner relationships and navigating complex commercial negotiations.
- Translate commercial strategy into actionable daily execution for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Strategy to deliver outcomes.
- Foster a high-ownership, collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
- Solid experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
- Proven experience leading commercial team members, setting goals, and coaching on performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and dashboards to drive decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- High ownership and a bias for action.
