What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three SMB Account Managers.
  • Drive commercial performance across key metrics including GOV growth, Ads, Promotions, and product adoption.
  • Support the team in building robust partner relationships and navigating complex commercial negotiations.
  • Translate commercial strategy into actionable daily execution for the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Strategy to deliver outcomes.
  • Foster a high-ownership, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
  • Solid experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
  • Proven experience leading commercial team members, setting goals, and coaching on performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and dashboards to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • High ownership and a bias for action.
