What you will do

  • Create relationship maps and plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers.
  • Develop account plans and long-term product strategies with Account Technology Specialists for new and existing hirify.global product lines.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, quoting, and deal negotiation.
  • Act as sales orchestrator, coordinating experts, partners, and multiple concurrent sales motions.
  • Drive partner co-selling efforts and support development of new partners in Norway.
  • Acquire new customers, expand existing ones, and support Country Manager in establishing local office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years sales and data centre experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • “Hunter” mentality focused on expanding market opportunities
  • Deep understanding of customer goals and ability to demonstrate value
  • Highly organized with ability to coordinate multiple selling efforts
  • Ability to speak credibly on modern computing, storage, and cloud technologies
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
