What you will do
- Create relationship maps and plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers.
- Develop account plans and long-term product strategies with Account Technology Specialists for new and existing product lines.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, quoting, and deal negotiation.
- Act as sales orchestrator, coordinating experts, partners, and multiple concurrent sales motions.
- Drive partner co-selling efforts and support development of new partners in Norway.
- Acquire new customers, expand existing ones, and support Country Manager in establishing local office.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales and data centre experience
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- “Hunter” mentality focused on expanding market opportunities
- Deep understanding of customer goals and ability to demonstrate value
- Highly organized with ability to coordinate multiple selling efforts
- Ability to speak credibly on modern computing, storage, and cloud technologies
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
