What you will do

• Oversee the daily implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Develop media plans and execute testing roadmaps to drive brand or ROI-focused results.
• Provide direct client servicing, including regular briefings and performance presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and service providers.
• Support and mentor junior team members, prioritizing workloads and leading by example.
• Ensure financial accuracy, including reconciliation of spends and adherence to programmatic fee structures.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in programmatic activation using platforms like DV360, TTD, or Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with office attendance required ~4 days per week.
