What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for junior and mid-level clients, providing updates and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and producers to ensure work aligns with client strategy and objectives.
• Manage project budgets and track spending to meet financial targets.
• Develop project scopes, fees, and resource allocations in partnership with the Project Director.
• Organize and set up projects across internal platforms such as Wrike and Workday.
• Analyze project performance and proactively seek feedback to refine delivery processes.

• Proven experience in account management with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple high-priority projects.
• Ability to develop and design effective presentations for client pitches and reviews.
