What you will do

• Build and maintain productive relationships with junior and mid-level clients as their primary point of contact.
• Ensure creative work aligns with client strategy and push for excellence across campaigns.
• Manage project budgets and track financial targets in collaboration with the finance team.
• Take ownership of developing small to medium scopes, fees, timings, and resource allocation.
• Handle operational setup of projects across Wrike and Workday and lead kickoff meetings.
• Analyze project performance and proactively refine processes based on feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client pitches and work.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with commercial awareness.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
