What you will do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for various sports rights across the platform.
  • Develop and implement playbooks for onboarding rights holders to ensure deep ecosystem understanding.
  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to increase fan engagement and sharing.
  • Partner with regional teams, content creators, and designers to execute marketing strategies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign success and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders while championing the fan experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering marketing and go-to-market campaigns with rights holders across different territories.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign execution across paid and owned media.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Track record of managing integrated campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Leeds or London, UK.
