What you will do
- Build and manage strong relationships with Norwegian channel partners.
- Drive indirect sales revenue by developing joint business plans and monitoring performance.
- Provide partners with sales support, product training, and marketing resources.
- Collaborate with Nordic and global teams to deliver aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Execute a regional sales plan aligned with business objectives using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven track record of B2B sales success in the Norwegian water sector.
- Fluent Norwegian and English (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Experience in performance-driven environments with a focus on KPIs and CRM.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Norway.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
