Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii), with a hybrid work arrangement in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement world-class collection strategies to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt.
  • Lead and mentor a team of collections professionals within the Finance Shared Service Center.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and finance teams to ensure consistent and optimized processes.
  • Analyze collections results and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across various markets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the collections process to ensure positive audit outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within Collections.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting standards, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
