Compensation: $157,000 – $170,000 (including base salary and equity)

What you will do

• Oversee global cash positioning and liquidity optimization across 11+ legal entities and 7 currencies.
• Implement and execute structured FX policies and professional spot execution to manage currency risk.
• Standardize and supervise global Cash Application workflows and bank-to-ledger automation.
• Manage global banking relationships and lead initiatives to automate partner payouts and cross-border clearings.
• Partner with FP&A to deliver precise rolling cash flow forecasts and synthesize macro treasury assumptions.

Requirements

• Comprehensive corporate treasury or cash management experience within a high-growth tech environment or global multinational.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work on-site.
• AI-first mindset with a track record of deploying modern tech stacks to automate manual routines.
• Exceptional analytical skills for building cash flow logic models and reconciling multi-currency ledgers.
• Proficiency in managing multi-bank platforms, ERP cash sub-ledgers, or treasury management systems (TMS).

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing Cash Application, order-to-cash (O2C), or accounts receivable systems.
• Familiarity with financial platforms such as ICD, 360t, or Pigment.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation.
