Salary: $150,400 – $204,100

What you will do

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the YourCause portfolio.
• Lead AI-first innovation by embedding practical AI capabilities into workflows.
• Drive execution using SAFe/Agile methodologies in partnership with Engineering and Technology teams.
• Define and track KPIs for product health, growth, and impact.
• Embed trust, security, and compliance across the product lifecycle.
• Lead customer discovery and stakeholder partnerships to validate needs and improve the roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products, including generative AI or agentic systems.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products with strong Agile/SAFe fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills, including metrics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with a focus on data governance and risk controls.
