Salary: $140,400–$246,750/year (including OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the Messaging Experience product area.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product designers to bring new features to life.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive technology landscape.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for the product area to drive continuous improvement.
  • Balance the prioritization of new features with maintaining product health and customer trust.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a bias toward action.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience at a high-scale technology startup.
  • Experience working with workflow orchestration or automation software.
