Location: Remote US

Salary: $260,000–$290,000 base, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for ITDR and ISPM offerings within the hirify.global Security Platform.
• Lead a small team of product managers as a player-coach to discover, prototype, and launch new security capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to drive pricing and the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
• Gather direct customer insights through face-to-face interaction and UX testing to refine product viability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of product management experience focusing on cloud-focused security products.
• Proven track record with ITDR and/or ISPM products.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment using modern agile tools.
• Technical proficiency with AWS or other cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical goals into business terms.
