Salary: $143,000 - $279,000

What you will do

• Set product strategy and roadmap for board management platform and AI tools, defining success metrics tied to revenue, retention, and adoption.
• Lead AI-driven innovation, integration into governance workflows, and decisions on build vs. buy, model selection, data strategy, and scalability.
• Act as voice of the customer, developing insights on buyer personas and balancing enterprise security/compliance with usability.
• Build and inspire high-performing product management and design teams with customer-centric standards.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Revenue, Customer Success, and Marketing on priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product leadership roles within B2B SaaS
• Record of launching/scaling SaaS products, driving adoption, expansion, revenue, and monetizing new capabilities
• Solid understanding of AI/ML/GenAI/automation/data insights with experience incorporating into products
• Commercial go-to-market experience translating strategy into revenue growth and retention
• Ability to engage with engineering leaders and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication to build alignment across functions; experience with product analytics tools like Pendo and Builder.io
• Ability to travel internationally

Nice to have

• Experience in governance, compliance, legal-tech software
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience with enterprise collaboration or workflow platforms
