What you will do
- Own and deliver regional new business revenue targets.
- Define and execute the DACH new logo strategy and growth plays.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Drive complex, high-value consultative sales engagements with C-level stakeholders.
- Embed AI into the sales lifecycle, including targeting, forecasting, and account planning.
- Partner with marketing and delivery teams to drive aligned growth and leverage strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English required
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in a digital consultancy or agency environment.
- Strong track record of winning new logos and delivering significant revenue growth.
- Expertise in selling complex, enterprise digital transformation programmes.
- Strong DACH network with access to senior decision-makers.
- Practical understanding of AI in sales and client solutions.
