What you will do

• Qualify outbound leads in the DACH region and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Meet quotas for qualified sales opportunities for the field sales team.
• Handle leads proactively based on suitability, budget, authority, and need.
• Initiate and build relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique environment.
• Effectively communicate hirify.global value propositions via phone and email.
• Log all activities and prospect information in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Native-level German and fluent English proficiency.
• Professional experience in lead generation and cold calling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
• Proven track record of achieving company quotas and targets.
