Location: Remote (Must be based in Germany)
Salary: €95,000 – €120,000 base annually

What you will do
- Execute a strategic territory plan to acquire net-new enterprise customers across Germany and the DACH region.
- Build and maintain a 4X+ pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive networking, and partner relationships.
- Engage and develop relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and IT organizations.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing to execute account strategies.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience focused on new business acquisition.
- Deep understanding of martech, adtech, analytics, AI, or cloud enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas within the Germany and/or DACH region.
- Experience leading six- and seven-figure enterprise sales cycles.
- Professional fluency in both German and English for business discussions and negotiations.
- Must be based in Germany with willingness to travel throughout the DACH region.
