What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for high-impact field marketing programs across regions and segments.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to align field activities with territory priorities and pipeline goals.
• Design integrated field plays including conferences, executive dinners, and account-based initiatives.
• Develop repeatable templates and playbooks to improve execution consistency and scalability.
• Analyze program data to optimize investments and guide future field marketing decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices to elevate program quality.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or ABM within SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to connect marketing programs to pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional influence and strategic partnership skills with Sales teams.
• Analytical fluency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent project management skills for leading multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support key programs and executive engagements.
