TL;DR

Solution Engineer (Heroku/hirify.global): Driving technical sales strategy and solution architecture for complex enterprise accounts with an accent on aligning business requirements with hirify.global product capabilities. Focus on delivering executive-level product demonstrations, rapid prototyping, and acting as a trusted advisor to solve sophisticated business challenges.

Location: Must be based in the United States (multiple office locations available, remote/hybrid options vary by team).

Salary: $88,970 – $269,080 annually (base salary, varies by location).

What you will do

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to align innovative strategies with multi-product technology solutions.
  • Define and solve ambiguous business problems through research, assessment, and recommendation of practical next steps.
  • Deliver executive-level software demonstrations and construct future-state customer journey strategies.
  • Develop long-term IT roadmaps and drive consensus among key stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional solution guides to align with opportunity strategies.
  • Validate transformational pitches through live product demonstrations and rapid prototyping.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
