What you will do

• Lead end-to-end platform implementation and solution architecture for enterprise clients.
• Provide hands-on technical consultation during hyper-care to ensure system stability and performance.
• Customize platform functionalities to meet specific operational and business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower client teams and drive platform adoption.
• Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Analyze client feedback and performance data to drive roadmap priorities and implementation improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation, platform solutions, or post-sales consulting.
• Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, API integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience in the fraud detection and risk mitigation ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing roles.
