What you will do
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver the strategic product roadmap.
- Decompose high-level initiatives into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Document workflows using data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system schemas.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to validate technical feasibility and identify risks.
- Ensure product requirements meet data protection regulations and payment security frameworks like PCI.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for support teams to triage bugs and technical debt.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available.
- Proven experience in a technical business analysis role within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working on complex technical requirements across multiple domains.
- Demonstrated experience working on payments products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide compelling rationale for decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

- Experience in the Payments, Finance, or EdTech sectors.
